Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

Product received is damaged or defective
Wrong product delivered
Product received in tampered condition

To be eligible for a return:

Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase and product images may be required for verification.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Skincare or makeup products once seal is broken
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the product is inspected:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Replacement

In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on product availability.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error from our side (wrong or damaged product), return shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by us.
